How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on your location. After payment confirmation, we will send you an email with the shipping details and the tracking code to track your order. If you place an order by 12:00 pm on business days, we will ship it on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping is free for orders over €100 + VAT.
For orders exceeding 2 kg, the shipping price will be calculated during checkout.

Any delay in the shipment of items compared to the provided estimates is considered indicative only.

How to proceed with the return or exchange of my order?

1. Deadline for submitting a request:

You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you received the product to request a return or exchange.

2. Acceptance conditions:

  • Provide the original invoice as proof of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.

3. Contact for Request

Contact our Customer Service at +351 968 534 010 to initiate the process.

Are there any costs associated with returns?

The refund for the paid amount will be issued, excluding shipping costs, which are not refundable.
Once the returned item is reviewed and approved, we will begin the refund or exchange process.

Legal exclusions to the right of free return

  • Supply of goods made to the Client's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Supply of goods that, after delivery, and by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other products.
  • Supply of audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, from which the consumer has removed the seal after delivery.
